Wyoming

We set off from Ray's house early Thursday morning, and after a quick stop in Bozeman, MT for lunch, we continued on a long day of driving through Wyoming. Our destination was a campground in the Big Horn National Forest, which required a quite a steep drive up to Bald Mountain at apprx. 9,000 ft. elevation. The landscape was beautiful, and it was really striking to be able to look out and not see any signs of civilization as far as the eye could see.

We picked out a great spot in the campground and walked around the park, being careful not to disturb the cows....

We enjoyed dinner with a special treat courtesy of Jimmy Woods:

And this morning we set out for Denver after a sighting of some female moose! (mooses? meese??)
